633.805 Division to make study of firefighter employee occupational diseases.
The division shall make a continuous study of firefighter employee occupational diseases and the ways and means for their control and prevention and shall adopt rules necessary for such control and prevention. For this purpose, the division is authorized to cooperate with firefighter employers, firefighter employees, and insurers and with the Department of Health.
