   10-2-13.    Advertisements of packaged commodities must state quantity with retail price 
      Whenever  a packaged commodity is advertised in any manner with the retail price  stated, a declaration of quantity as is required by this article or by  rule or regulation of the Commissioner of Agriculture shall appear on  the package and shall be closely and conspicuously associated with the  retail price.
