§ 13-9-1 - Definitions - Georgia Statutes

13-9-1. Definitions

As used in this chapter, the term:

(1) "Contract for sale" means sales, purchases, agreements of sale, agreements to sell, and agreements to purchase; and

(2) "Person" means individuals, associations, partnerships, and corporations.
