   14-4-47.    Meeting "duly called for the purpose" defined 
      A  meeting "duly called for the purpose," as that phrase is used in this  article, shall mean a meeting of the stockholders called and notified  for the purpose in the manner prescribed by the bylaws of the  corporation concerned.
