   14-5-9.    Jurisdiction and service of summons in garnishment proceedings 
      The  court in which is pending an action, attachment, or judgment upon which  is sought garnishment against a corporation shall also have  jurisdiction of the garnishment proceeding where the corporation has an  agent and place of business in the county in which the court is  situated.
