§ 15-6-92 - Continuation of fee system

15-6-92. Continuation of fee system


Code Sections 15-6-88 through 15-6-91 and this Code section shall not be construed so as to place any clerk of the superior court who is on the fee system of compensation on April 1, 1973, on a salary system of compensation. Any clerk who is compensated under the fee system of compensation on April 1, 1973, shall continue to receive compensation under the fee system of compensation until local legislation is enacted by the General Assembly placing such clerk on an annual salary equal to or greater than the minimum annual salary provided for in Code Sections 15-6-88 through 15-6-91 and this Code section.
