19-11-111. Cooperation with other jurisdictions; limitations


A tribunal of Georgia exercising personal jurisdiction over a nonresident under Code Section 19-11-110 may apply Code Section 19-11-135 to receive evidence from another state and Code Section 19-11-137 to obtain discovery through a tribunal of another state. In all other respects, Parts 3 through 7 of this article do not apply and the tribunal shall apply the procedural and substantive law of Georgia, including the rules on choice of law other than those established by this article.
