2-10-136. Refusal or revocation of approval; notice and hearing
When an application for participation is disapproved or when previously granted approval is revoked, the market owner shall be given written notice setting forth the reason for the action taken and shall, upon request, be afforded a hearing in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
