   2-11-24.    Records and samples to be kept; inspection thereof 
      Each  person whose name or approved A.M.S. code number or other approved  designation appears on the label as handling seed subject to this  article shall keep, for a period of two years, complete records of each  lot of agricultural, vegetable, flower, tree, or shrub seed handled and  shall keep, for one year, a file sample of each lot of seed after final  disposition of such lot.
