    20-2-563.    Compliance with part sufficient for issuance of bonds;  single issue for one or more projects; adoption of bond resolution 
      Revenue  bonds may be issued without any other proceedings or the happening of  any other conditions or things than those proceedings, conditions, and  things which are specified or required by this part. In the discretion  of the authority, revenue bonds of a single issue may be issued for the  purpose of paying the cost of any one or more, including a combination  of, projects in any one city or in any one county or any number of  counties. Any resolution providing for the issuance of revenue bonds  under this part shall become effective immediately upon its passage and  need not be published or posted.
