24-10-2.1. Procedure for claiming of fees by witnesses; effect of continuance upon fees
A witness in making a claim or proof of a claim for fees for attendance shall indicate the date on which he attended and, in the event of a continuance, shall not claim or receive fees for any day after the date to which the docket shows the case was continued nor for any day before the continuance was granted on which he did not attend.
