24-10-42. Questioning of witness at residence
If, due to the condition of his health or the nature of his business, it is not possible to secure the attendance of the witness without manifest inconvenience to the public and to himself, on the day named in the subpoena the officer shall proceed to the residence of the witness and take the answers to the questions.
