24-10-134. Availability to defendant of deponent's previous statements

The state shall make available to the defendant, for his examination and use at the taking of the deposition, any statement of the witness being deposed which is in the possession of the state and which the state would be required to make available to the defendant if the witness were testifying at the trial.
