24-5-31. Authenticated copies of judicial records and probated wills as primary evidence; other copies secondary evidence
Copies of records of judicial proceedings and wills admitted to probate shall be admitted as primary evidence, when properly authenticated. In all other cases a copy shall be secondary evidence.
