24-8-25. Establishment of lost or destroyed paper in superior court -- When continuance granted


In a proceeding to establish lost papers under Code Section 24-8-24, no continuance shall be granted unless it appears reasonable and just to the court; nor shall a continuance be allowed to the same party more than once, except for providential cause.
