   28-3-25.    Oath of office 
      The  Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House of Representatives,  before entering on the discharge of their duties, shall take an oath  before the respective presiding officers of the two houses to discharge  their duties faithfully and to the best of their skill and knowledge.
