   33-50-1.    Definition of multiple employer self-insured health plan 
      As  used in this chapter, the term "multiple employer self-insured health  plan" means any plan or arrangement which is established or maintained  for the purpose of offering or providing health, dental, or short-term  disability benefits to employees of two or more employers but which is  not fully insured.
