34-13-7. Permit required; application

No carnival ride shall be operated in any calendar year, except for purposes of testing and inspection, until a permit for its operation has been issued by the department. The owner of a carnival ride shall apply for a permit to the department on a form furnished by the department, providing such information as the department may require.
