   36-82-71.    Surrender of receivership upon cure of default 
      Whenever  all that is due upon the revenue bonds and interest thereon and upon  any other notes, bonds, or other obligations and interest thereon having  a charge, lien, or encumbrance on the revenues of the undertaking and  under any of the terms of any covenants or agreements with holders of  revenue bonds has been paid or deposited as provided therein and all  defaults have been cured and made good and it appears to the court that  no default is imminent, the court shall direct the receiver to surrender  possession of the undertaking to the governmental body.
