   38-4-5.    Veterans Service Board -- Meetings; place; purpose; called 
      The  Veterans Service Board shall meet once each month and at the meetings  shall give attention to all things and matters properly coming under the  jurisdiction of the board. The board may meet in the offices of the  Department of Veterans Service or at any other location within the state  where such board is conducting business pertaining to veterans. The  meetings provided for in this Code section shall be for stated regular  periods but shall not exceed more than two days in any one session.
