   40-2-93.    Reciprocal agreements while General Assembly not in session 
      All  reciprocal agreements entered into by the commissioner while the  General Assembly is not in session shall be approved by the Governor.  Such agreements shall be submitted by the commissioner to the General  Assembly not later than the tenth day of its next session, whereupon the  General Assembly may confirm or reject such agreement or agreements by  appropriate Act or resolution approved by the Governor.
