   43-25-9.    Reports of damage to guardrails, posts, or other safety devices 
      The  owner or lessee of any real property upon which exists a motor vehicle  racetrack or other place subject to this chapter shall inform the Safety  Fire Commissioner within ten days of any damage caused to any  guardrail, post, or other device which has for its purpose the  prevention of injury or loss of life to spectators at the racetrack or  other place.
