   43-32-4.    License required for each vehicle used in business; failure or refusal to exhibit license 
      There  shall be a separate license for every vehicle used in vending such  goods, wares, or merchandise, which license shall be shown to any peace  officer demanding it. On failure or refusal to exhibit the license, the  peddler shall forfeit $500.00, to be recovered through an action of the  informer.
