   43-34-10.    Notification of conviction 
      Any  licensee, certificate holder, or permit holder who is convicted under  the laws of this state, the United States, or any other state,  territory, or country of a felony as defined in paragraph (5) of Code  Section 16-1-3 shall be required to notify the board of the conviction  within ten days of the conviction.
