   43-6-23.    Injunctions 
      Whenever,  in the judgment of the commission, any person has engaged in any acts  or practices which constitute or will constitute a violation of this  chapter, the Attorney General may bring an action in the name of the  state in the superior court of the county in which venue is proper, to  abate and temporarily and permanently to enjoin such acts and practices  and to enforce compliance with this chapter.
