45-13-81. Secretary of State to administer article; promulgation of rules and regulations
The Secretary of State shall be the administrator of this article; and he is authorized and directed to promulgate such rules and regulations, which may include forms, as may be necessary to carry out this article. Such rules and regulations shall be adopted and promulgated in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
