46-2-53. Reports, rate schedules, orders, rules, or regulations of commission as admissible evidence in court proceedings
The printed reports of the commission, published by its authority, shall be admissible as evidence in any court in this state without further proof. The schedules of rates made by the commission, and any order passed or rule or regulation prescribed by the commission, shall be admissible in evidence in any court in this state upon the certificate of the secretary of the commission.
