46-7-27. Authority to adopt rules and orders necessary for enforcement of article

The Public Service Commission, Department of Public Safety, and Department of Revenue are authorized to adopt such rules and orders as they may deem necessary in the enforcement of this chapter. Such rules and orders shall have the same dignity and standing as if such rules and orders were specifically provided in this chapter.
