   51-1-39.    Liability for injuries of person committing crime on political subdivision property 
      A  person who engages in a criminal act on property owned or leased by a  political subdivision of this state and who suffers an injury as a  result of said criminal act which is not inflicted by an officer,  employee, or agent of such political subdivision shall not have a cause  of action against such political subdivision for any injury sustained.
