    53-2-73.    (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Express revocation by written  instrument; effect of destruction of revoking will; proof of  republication of former will 
        (a)  An express revocation by written instrument shall be executed with  the same formality and attested by the same number of witnesses as are  requisite for the execution of a will.
(b)  The  destruction of a will expressly revoking all former wills shall not  revive a former will unless the former will is subsequently republished.
