53-2-90. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Words necessary for devise or bequest; construction of "lend."
No particular words shall be necessary to make a devise or bequest. In making a devise or bequest, the word "lend" shall be construed to mean "give," unless the context shall require its restricted meaning.
