53-2-94. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Use of parol evidence in construction of will

When called upon to construe a will, the court may hear parol evidence of the circumstances surrounding the testator at the time of the execution of the will and parol evidence to explain all ambiguities, both latent and patent.
