53-3-5. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Filing of original will in office of judge of probate court; certified copies as evidence


An original will, when proved and recorded, shall remain on file in the office of the judge of the probate court. Certified copies of the will shall be admissible as evidence in any case and in any court.
