53-4-13. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Distribution of estate in kind -- Contents of return of appraisers; objections to return; order for new division

The return of the division and partition shall be in writing, signed by the appraisers; and any party in interest may file objections to the return before it is made the judgment of the probate court. If the objections are sustained, the judge of the probate court shall order a new distribution or division by the same or other partitioners.
