53-4-14. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Distribution of estate in kind -- Refunding bonds in cases of distribution in kind

In all cases of distribution in kind, the administrator, before delivering the property, may demand bond and security of each distributee or his guardian, to refund his proportionate share of any debt which may be afterwards established against the estate and the cost attending the recovery thereof.
