53-4-33. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Service and procedure when petition filed in superior court

Upon the filing of a petition in the superior court, seeking a determination as provided in Code Section 53-4-30, service on the parties at interest shall be effected in the same manner as is prescribed in cases in which equitable relief is sought; and the case shall thereafter proceed to judgment in the manner provided for such cases by the rules of practice in the superior courts.
