53-5-12. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Payment of charges and fees by applicant; execution
(a) The fees of the judge of the probate court shall be paid by the applicant for a year's support out of the fund set apart.
(b) The judge may issue a writ of fieri facias against the representative of the estate for the amount awarded as provided in subsection (a) of this Code section.
