53-5-3. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Events barring minor's right to year's support

A minor's right to a year's support from the estate of a deceased parent shall be barred by the marriage or death of the minor or by the minor's attaining the age of 18 years prior to the filing of the application for year's support.
