53-5-7. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Force and effect of order of court awarding year's support as to property outside of county

An order of the court awarding year's support shall have the same force and effect as to property located outside of the county where the administration is pending or where the decedent resided at the time of his death as where property set aside is located in the county where the administration is pending or where the decedent resided at the time of his death; and title to property both inside and outside the county where administration is pending or where the decedent resided at the time of his death shall vest in the surviving spouse, spouse and children, or children only, as provided by law.
