53-6-125. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Transfer of stock and withdrawal of deposits and dividends after filing certified copy of appointment and qualification
Foreign executors or administrators may transfer the stock of any bank or other corporation in this state standing in the name of the decedent and check out deposits made by him and dividends declared on his stock after filing with the bank or corporation a certified copy of their appointment and qualification.
