53-6-150. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Allowance of extra compensation for other extraordinary services; conclusiveness of allowance upon parties in interest
In other cases of extraordinary services, extra compensation may be allowed by the judge of the probate court, but in no case is the allowance of extra compensation by the judge conclusive upon the parties in interest.
