   53-7-32.1.    (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Term of bond; discharge of surety 
        Whenever an administrator or executor is required to give bond, the  judge of the probate court may order the administrator or executor to  post such bond for a period of time greater than one year, as may be  appropriate in the circumstances.
