53-7-41. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Liability of sureties on bond of removed administrator or executor

In all cases of removal of an administrator or executor for any cause, the sureties on his bond shall be liable for his acts in connection with his trust up to the time of his settlement with an administrator de bonis non or the distributees of the estate.
