53-7-99. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Actions to compel making of title according to terms of bond to make title or of contract for sale of land -- Procedure when both vendor and vendee are deceased

If both the vendor and vendee die, the notice provided for in Code Section 53-7-97 shall be given to the legal representatives of the vendor, who shall make the title to the heirs of the vendee.
