53-7-161. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Accounting of removed or deceased administrator or executor with administrator de bonis non

Whenever any executor or administrator who is liable to the estate is removed or dies, it shall be the duty of the removed executor or administrator or his representatives to account fully with the administrator de bonis non who is appointed to finish the administration of the estate.
