53-7-162. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Accounting between removed administrator or executor and remaining coadministrators or coexecutors

If the letters of one of several administrators or executors are revoked, complaint having been made only against him, the entire estate shall remain in the hands of the remaining administrators or executors, and with such remaining administrators or executors, as with an administrator de bonis non, the removed coadministrator or coexecutors shall account.
