   53-7-164.    (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Settlement before probate court -- Procedure for making and enforcing settlement; appeal 
        Upon proof of citation pursuant to Code Section 53-7-163, the judge of  the probate court may proceed to make an account, hear evidence upon any  contested question, and settle finally between the distributee and  administrator or executor.
