53-7-186. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Intermediate final reports -- Waivers of service and notice by parties and guardians ad litem


All parties at interest who are sui juris may make written waiver of service, time of service, notice, and time of notice of hearing. After having been duly appointed and accepting appointment, guardians ad litem may likewise make such waivers in behalf of the parties represented by them.
