53-7-190. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Intermediate final reports -- Conclusiveness of order of probate court

All parties in interest shall be bound by the order of the probate court on the accounting; and thereafter no such person shall be heard in any court, except upon appeal as provided in Code Section 53-7-187, to contest or question any matters or things covered by the accounting and the order thereon, in the absence of fraud, accident, or mistake.
