53-8-7. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Return to probate court when investment made under Code Section 53-8-6

Every executor or administrator investing trust funds under Code Section 53-8-6 shall, within 30 days after the investment, make a return to the judge of the probate court of the amount and character of the investment purchased and the price paid, if applicable.
